PropertyOps.in is the result of our own experiences as a party in both sides of the different types of property transactions - buy, rent, stay, sell and let - in India and abroad. We felt that a transparent web based platform that focuses on convenience of the end users combined with the backing of an ethical business model would be a solution.

So we listed out the problems faced by the end users on both the sides of the transactions and defined features that need to be built in to address the issues.

Further we partnered with ZAAZ realtors, a real estate agency in Maryland USA to get to know and implement the standards and best practices in the world.
